Mini-newsletters were created from excerpts of the WMP main newsletter. They were produced in booklet form and sent to churches in eleven Western states to raise awareness of WMP and generate interest for support. Addresses were gotten from a software application at the county library and are primarily for community churches not in a denomination so support wouldn't compete with their own organizational outreach. Yearly letters were produced, the mailing list has expanded over the years, and churches no longer existing were deleted from the list.
